Warehouse Associate​/Driver

Job Overview

Warehouse Operator / Delivery Driver at Reece & Fortiline. The role supports safe delivery of materials to customers for clean water and heating/cooling.

• Work cooperatively within the warehouse to efficiently receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material to maintain inventory standards.
• Verify all loads to ensure accurate customer deliveries.
• Properly load and unload materials from the truck and maintain inventory control.
• Operate the class of vehicle necessary for the assignment.
• Drive in various conditions, including urban and construction settings.
• Deliver high quality customer service and professionalism.

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license for assigned vehicle class:
  Class C (26,000 lbs or less combined gross weight) or Class B (box truck with combined vehicle weight of 26,001 lbs or more).
• Clean driving record.

• Attendance: maintain scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location.
• Physical capacities: lift up to 50–75 pounds frequently, sit and stand for extended periods, kneel, squat, climb, and walk.
• Operation of office equipment: computers, copiers, other common office equipment.
• Near vision and manual dexterity required.
• Oral communication skills: speaking, speech clarity, speech recognition.
• Written communication skills: writing, reading, written comprehension, expression.
• Mental capacities: analytical thinking, attention to detail, critical thinking, problem sensitivity, time management, service orientation, adaptability, etc.
