In this Food & Beverage Manager hands‑on role your eye for detail will help you excel. You will love leading and motivating your team and driving the brand strategy in all elements of the business, focusing on setting the F&B operation apart from the competition as a preferred employer and destination to stay, eat and drink.

• Know the local market and have experience running a busy Food and Beverage department at Head of Department level, ideally within a similarly sized property.
• Manage the detail through your department managers, supervisors and team. Leading from the front to set the example is something you are no stranger to.
• Possess a sound understanding of Health and Safety – beneficial as well as a working knowledge of Opera and Zonal.
