Casual Bar Staff

Dundee United Football Club is looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused Casual Bar Staff to join our Hospitality Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an exciting stadium environment, supporting matchdays and a variety of events throughout the year.

• Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a friendly and professional manner.
• Providing exceptional customer service in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Processing cash and card payments using till systems.
• Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard.
• Checking  following Challenge 25 and licensing regulations.
• Setting up, stocking and replenishing bar areas before, during and after events.
• Maintaining clean, safe and organised work areas.
• Working as part of a supportive hospitality team to deliver excellent service across all matchdays and events.
• Following food safety, health & safety and company procedures at all times.

Working pattern: Matchdays and events, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.
Hourly rate: In line with National Minimum Wage (depending on age)

• Experienced in a busy bar, hospitality or customer service environment.
• Friendly, approachable and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• Confident working under pressure in high-volume settings.
• Great communicators who enjoy working as part of a team.
• Reliable, flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends and matchdays.
• Knowledgeable about responsible alcohol service and licensing regulations (or willing to learn).
