An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join a prestigious five-star luxury hotel in the Scottish Highlands, with live-in accommodation available if required.
You'll be a hands-on hospitality leader who oversees the daily hotel operations, inspires and develops high-performing teams, and maintains exceptional standards of guest service across the property.
Whether your background is in luxury hotel management, hospitality operations or senior hotel leadership, you'll bring the experience, commercial awareness and passion for five-star service

As an integral part of the leadership team, you will assist the General Manager in the seamless day-to-day running of the hotel. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with department heads to ensure smooth operations
- Leading, supporting and guiding team members across the hotel
- Assisting with training and onboarding new staff
- Maintaining high standard of service and presentation
- Ensuring guests receive an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out
You will have previous experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel and while direct experience in a similar Operations Manager role is highly advantageous, we value passionate leaders with clear evidence of strong leadership within the hospitality sector. You will bring:
