Day‑to‑day tasks include reading and interpreting drawings, preparing and setting out work areas, installing doors, frames, wall panelling, counters, and other joinery components, and making precise adjustments on site.

The Site Joiners will collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to plan work sequences, resolve on‑site issues, and maintain a safe, tidy working environment. The role also includes completing finishing details, carrying out quality checks, and representing Bentleys professionally with clients and site contacts.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship, with a focus on quality finishes and meeting client expectations.
  • Time‑management and problem‑solving skills, including the ability to plan work efficiently, adapt to changing site conditions, and meet deadlines.

  • Full, valid driving licence and willingness to travel to various local sites as required.
