Electrician

Your new company Hays Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Approved Electrician to join a long-term project at Wylfa, Anglesey (LL67). This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent work on a specialist electrical installation project, with work scheduled through to March 2027. Your new role Installation of electrical cabling and associated systems Installation and connection of switch gear Carrying out electrical installation works to project specifications Working in accordance with BS7671 regulations and site procedures Maintaining high standards of health and safety Liaising with site supervisors and project teams to ensure works are completed on programme 37.5 hours per week Monday to Thursday Typical working hours between 07:15am and 5:15pm (Monday to Wednesday) 07:15am to 5:00pm on Thursdays What you'll need to succeed Qualified Electrician 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671:2018 Requirements for Electrical Installations) Previous experience in industrial or commercial electrical installation work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full security clearance / DBS required (BPSS) What you'll get in return Long-term contract running until March 2027 Competitive JIB rates Four-day working week Weekly pay Opportunity to work on a high-profile electrical installation project What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
