Vickerstock, in partnership with a leading facilities management provider, is recruiting an FM Technician (Building Fabric) to join their team in Belfast. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance across a varied portfolio of commercial sites, with a focus on safety and high standards.
You will perform building fabric tasks, respond to maintenance requests, and contribute to accurate reporting and asset management. A UK driving licence and relevant carpentry qualifications are essential.
