Salary: $75,000–$85,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and support month-end and year-end close
• Ensure accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP
• Manage revenue recognition and internal financial reporting
• Review and code credit card transactions for proper general ledger classification
• Oversee and approve employee travel and expense reimbursements
• Maintain accurate accounting records and internal controls
• Support external audits by preparing required documentation
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and operational improvements
• Partner with leadership on special projects and process improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 3–5 years of experience, ideally coming from public accounting
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial close processes
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
• Comfortable with occasional travel
