Assist the nursing staff in the delivery of patient care according to Bay Care role specific responsibilities of a Nurse Helper I.;
Direct by the RN to assist with patient care without encountering body fluids or devices that contain body fluids.;
Assist with completing Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.;
Complete Standard WELLE training prior to orientation on the nursing unit.;
Assist with Nurse Helper training class prior to orientation on the nursing unit.
