Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 15:30 (40 hours per week)
Contract: Temporary Assignment – Immediate Start to 31 May 2026
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to support facilities maintenance operations at a large commercial site in Dunfermline
.
This role will involve carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and responding to reactive plumbing tasks across the site, working as part of a wider facilities maintenance team.
Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems and associated plant
Respond to reactive plumbing issues and repairs across the site
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to maintain operational systems
Work collaboratively with other trades and maintenance engineers on site
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety procedures
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Essential Skills and ExperienceNVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or higher
Previous experience working within building services or facilities maintenance
Ability to carry out both PPM and reactive plumbing tasks
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
Ability to work effectively as part of a multiskilled maintenance team
Temporary contract running until 31 May 2026
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Working hours 07:00 – 15:30
Based at a large commercial distribution facility in Dunfermline
