We are currently seeking an active and enthusiastic Senior Chef De Partie at St Pierre Park Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

Our Senior Chef de Partie team thrives on the energy of a dynamic kitchen where no two days are ever the same. In this role, you will lead a busy section with confidence, showcasing an exceptional standard of cooking while sharing your expertise with junior chefs.

You will naturally anticipate guest needs with refined emotional intelligence, ensuring every interaction contributes to a truly memorable Hand Picked experience. Above all, you will embody our commitment to delivering service, excellence and consistency that exceeds expectations and keeps our guests returning time and time again.

This is a full‑time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 45 hours per week, which may vary depending on business.

• A competitive salary package of £16.67 per hour, plus a share of service charge.
• Staff live in accommodation is available for £115 per week, inclusive of all meals & bills.
• Uniform and meals on shift provided.
• Pro rata equivalent of 29 holiday days inc. bank holidays per annum.
• Use of Health club facilities, including gym & swimming pool (restrictions apply).
