Are you an experienced Superintendent who enjoys being on the road and leading projects from start to finish? We re looking for a Traveling Commercial Superintendent to oversee commercial and industrial buildout projects across the country. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work, competitive hourly pay, and the chance to manage unique, fast-paced projects in a growing niche of commercial construction.

Our team specializes in complex commercial interiors, industrial facilities, cultivation operations, laboratories, and manufacturing spaces, providing turnkey construction solutions from preconstruction through final turnover.

What We re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent.
• Experience managing commercial tenant improvements, industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, distribution centers, or large commercial renovations.
• Ability to lead multiple subcontractor trades simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, OSHA regulations, and quality control.
• Comfortable traveling full-time for long-term assignments.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency reading construction drawings and specifications.

Preferred Experience

• Factory or manufacturing facility construction.
• Industrial or warehouse buildouts.
• Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination.
• Highly regulated commercial environments such as laboratories, food production, healthcare, or specialized manufacturing facilities.
