This position focuses on 10th through 12th‑grade students and welcomes professionals who possess excellent assessment, counseling, and collaboration skills.

You’ll work alongside dedicated educators and serve as a vital support system, ensuring students have access to the guidance and resources they need to thrive throughout the remainder of the school year.

Qualifications:
  • Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychology endorsement
  • Previous experience as a School Psychologist within Illinois schools is highly desirable
  • Comfortable managing a caseload of high school students (grades 10‑12)
  • Strong interpersonal and assessment skills
  • Ability to provide counseling as needed
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a valuable asset
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct psychological evaluations, assessments, and behavioral interventions
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop student support plans
  • Deliver direct counseling services and crisis intervention to students when necessary
  • Facilitate the creation and monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a positive, inclusive school climate
