• Hourly pay: $29.00 - $40.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM start with a 1‑hour lunch (overtime as needed)

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Diagnose problems and provide honest repair recommendations to customers
• Deliver professional and friendly service on every job
• Work independently while being supported by a strong, team‑oriented company

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Reliable with a solid work ethic
  
  Good customer service skills

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Universal EPA Certification
• HVAC Technical School training
• NATE Certification
• Own set of tools
• Familiarity with wiring diagrams and refrigeration
