Garber Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring an HVAC Warehouse & Delivery Technician to support our growing service and installation teams throughout Central Illinois. This position is responsible for helping organize materials, delivering equipment to job sites, assisting technicians, and making sure our crews have everything they need to complete jobs successfully.

• Competitive pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour based on experience

• Deliver HVAC equipment, materials, and supplies to residential and commercial job sites
• Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials safely
• Assist HVAC technicians with preparing for installations and service calls
• Help remove old equipment and maintain job site organization
• Stock warehouse shelves, trailers, and company vehicles
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure materials are available when needed
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and efficient
• Operate company vehicles including vans and delivery trucks safely
• Complete basic paperwork and delivery documentation as needed
• Support daily operations to help keep installation and service teams productive

• Valid driver's license with a clean and insurable driving record
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy equipment and materials
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Comfortable working in an active, hands‑on environment

• Previous HVAC, warehouse, delivery, construction, or material handling experience
• Experience loading/unloading equipment or working with trailers
• Forklift experience
• Basic computer and paperwork skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
