Position: Bench Meat Manager (Endicott, Binghamton, Dunmore, Owego, Chenango)
Price Chopper -  - Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operation of the Meat Department, including scheduling, training and other administrative duties;
Cut meat using knives, saws, cubers, slicers and grinders;
Maintain grind logs, and meat logs consistent with store policy;
Adhere to proper sanitation and temperature guidelines including corporate, state and federal inspection guidelines;
Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation according to 5S standards
