Flatiron Dragados is seeking an on-site construction supervisor to lead hourly crews on a Dunn, NC project. You will manage safety, planning, production and performance of tasks while coordinating labor, materials, and equipment to meet schedule and budget targets.
You will ensure compliance with safety procedures, support subcontractors, and adapt daily work plans to changing conditions. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with experience in construction tools and safety.
