Ensure safe delivery, setup, and education of home medical equipment in customers' homes or care settings.;
Complete required documentation for equipment setup, delivery, or pickups and manage orders accurately.;
Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, perform routine maintenance and simple repairs, and monitor safety (PPE, infection control).;
Conduct patient assessments and re-assessments; provide on-call support as required; travel to patient residences.;
Promote services to referral sources, support reimbursement processes, and ensure HIPAA compliance.
