Position: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) 1st -2nd-3rd SHIFTS

Job Title: LPN/RN Hall Nurse

Department: Nursing

Reports to: Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing

Position

Purpose:

Provide nursing care to assigned residents.

Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an approved LPN program, with training in rehabilitative nursing preferred. Current CPR certification required. Must meet state licensure requirements and have no disciplinary actions against the professional license.

Major Duties:

Plan and implement unit activities.

Ensure compliance with policies and resident rights.

Maintain confidentiality and adequate stock of medical supplies.

Monitor residents’ conditions and administer medications.

Document care and communicate with medical staff.

Assist in orientation of new personnel.

Participate in emergency drills and maintain safety standards.

Skills Required: Strong communication, teamwork, and independent decision-making abilities. Must be able to handle physical demands and work flexible hours.
