Every other weekend
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, including assessment and monitoring of health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Monitor vital signs, respond to changes in condition, and communicate updates to the interdisciplinary team.
- Document care activities and resident responses according to facility policies; ensure smooth shift handoffs.
- Support residents with activities of daily living and implement geriatric care plans to promote comfort and safety.
- Uphold infection control, safety, and patient privacy standards; collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and other staff to optimize care.
- Active North Carolina LPN license
- Minimum 12 months of recent LPN experience, preferably in a geriatric or long-term care setting
- Credentialing items must be completed by 09/09/2026 or ASAP
- Ability to work 12-hour daytime shifts (7:00 a.m.
- 7:00 p.m.) - Available for weekend rotation every other weekend
- Able to work in a long-term care environment and follow care plans and policies
- Orientation provided during the first couple hours of the initial shift
- Credentialing guidance with deadlines aligned to start date
- Assignment-specific support from a designated account manager during the travel assignment
- Clear communication and scheduling support throughout the engagement
- Pay processed on a per-week basis
