Supervisor Quality Control Field

Discover a more connected career. At Lambert's Cable, as a Supervisor Quality Control Field, you’ll supervise and implement the company construction program ensuring reported deficiencies are appropriately documented and corrections are completed through follow up and work order sign-off.

• You will perform field audits for accuracy of marks and compliance with applicable state laws, regulations, and contractual obligations per clients
• You will conduct root cause analysis on quality failures
• You will complete all applicable forms and documents required for the auditing and investigation processes, and communicate audits and investigation findings with quality assurance and operations management
• You will correct field risk findings and coach/mentor technicians
• You will perform quality assurance ride-along with field technician upon Operations Manager request
• You will assist, train and supervise field technicians assigned to you
• You will provide frequent and ongoing feedback to Field Check partner to improve quality results and reduce damages

• You will need to be 18 years of age or older
• You will need a High school diploma or equivalent
• You will need good working knowledge of telecommunications construction; familiarity with aerial lift devices, utility lines/poles, and various other telecommunications construction equipment, and the functionality of each; ability to identify and troubleshoot problems.
• You will need 3 years or more of inspection experience
• You will perform Other duties as assigned
