** qualified HGV Technician Supervisor
** with excellent diagnostic and mechanical skills to work rotating shifts:

Working 44 hours Mon-Fri  06.00 to 16.00 and 12.00 – 22.00 (1 hr unpaid lunch break) Friday’s will be 1 hour less 06.00-1500 and  – Saturday’s as required

Pay: c £23.50 pr hr overtime at time and a half
** Key Responsibilities
** Supervise the shift technicians and co-ordinate workload  Liaise with the Workshop Manager regarding shift staff, training needs, KPI’s etc  Diagnosis and repair of vehicles  Servicing of vehicles to a high standard  Participation in call out and breakdown rota – if/when required  Ability to use diagnostic equipment  Carry out scheduled safety inspections and report any rectifications required  Complete job cards clearly and accurately
** Essential Qualifications and Knowledge
** C&G or NVQ3 HGV Technician qualification  Electrical and Mechanical skills and experience  Good understanding of H&S issues in a workshop environment  Clean Driving Licence – HGV would be an advantage
