Salary/Rate: £230/day (9am-5pm) / £28.75/hour CIS
Job Type: Subcontractor
Anova Property Solutions (APS) is a family-run rental renovation company looking for a reliable and skilled bench of Kitchen & Bathroom Fitters to carry out full domestic installations across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. You'll be contacted when a suitable job arises in your area.
Responsibilities- Fitting kitchen and bathroom units and worktops
- Tiling
- Fixture installation
- Appliance connection
- Basic joinery
- Working from start to finish on each installation
- Minimum 3 years' kitchen and/or bathroom fitting experience
- Tiling competence to a high standard
- Aware of safe working practices
- Own tools, PPE and transport
- Holds public liability insurance
- CIS registered
