We’re looking for an energetic team member who loves working with children, enjoys moving and has a passion for creating memorable experiences. The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for kids ages 4 months through 12 years, offering a nurturing environment that encourages children to develop at their own pace.

• Lead or assist amazing birthday parties and special events using our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating every family like part of our family.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the children and families at each party.

• You love having fun, play like a child, and can give high fives (a background in child development, physical education or gymnastics helps).
• You live to serve—making others feel good makes you feel good.
• Kids and parents both love you.
• You are naturally in a good mood and bring that vibe to work.
• You thrive in a fun but can buckle down and get the job done.

• Guests walk out of our birthday parties wanting to have their party at The Little Gym too!
• You’ll get your steps in and close your activity rings while you work—moving all day.
• Athleisure dress code—yoga pants, t‑shirts, bare feet are daily.
• Great tips from parents when you rock a birthday party.

$15.00 – $17.00 per hour
