Overview
DELUXETON HOMES has an immediate opening for Architectural Designer in Dunwoody, Georgia office. The successful candidate has 1+ year experiences in Residential, hotel, mixed use and the demonstrated ability to support the project team by preparing design, documents, and providing a direct communication line with assigned clients & oversees all project(s) associated with the client and/or program.
Qualifications- 1+ years of professional architectural experience
- Interacting with clients, staff and consultants to successfully design and execute projects
- Produce working, presentation and detail drawings in AutoCAD/ Revit
- Submittal Review, RFI research and responses
- Coordinate project documents through all phases of design
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Collaborate with other team members as required to meet project objectives
