Job Title: Full-time Technical Services Project Manager

Pay: $75, salary

Schedule: A hybrid, 8 am- 5 pm Monday-Friday, with travel opportunities

You coordinate multiple technical projects by managing schedules, budgets, and client expectations while ensuring work stays aligned with program requirements. You review energy analyses, support audit teams, and provide clear guidance that keeps deliverables consistent and accurate. You engage directly with clients to explain findings, answer questions, and help them understand how technical recommendations translate into real operational improvements. Your day‑to‑day work balances organization, communication, and technical insight in service of high‑quality outcomes.

• Engineering or engineering-related bachelor's degree
• 5+ years managing projects and/or small technical teams in energy efficiency, building performance, or related consulting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience with project management software (BQE CORE)
• Experience coordinating projects, Vendor/partner management, and supervising technical staff
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Willingness to travel

• Technical support and energy analysis experience
• Experience in Energy
  
  STAR Portfolio Manager and commercial/municipal energy audits
• Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Energy Auditor (CEA), ASHRAE BEAP, or equivalent certification
• Familiarity with ASHRAE audit procedures
• Proficiency with utility data analysis and ECM financials (simple payback, SIR, NPV) in Excel or similar tools
