We are seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to support the full lifecycle of our finance operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), billing, invoicing, and collections
. This role is instrumental in ensuring our cash flow remains healthy and our customers receive accurate, timely financial communication. You’ll work closely with the Finance Operations Manager and cross-functional partners, gaining deep exposure to how a global SaaS organization runs its financial backbone. • Manage day‑to‑day AP and AR activities, including invoice processing, payment posting, and collections follow-up
• Own the billing & invoicing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Support month-end close through reconciliations and reporting
• Prepare and maintain AR aging reports, escalating risks proactively
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and maintain clean financial records
• Work directly with customers, including those in LATAM, to support billing and payment issues
• Contribute to process improvements that strengthen financial accuracy, speed, and efficiency
• Support a fast-growing finance organization as we scale globally

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Experience with billing, invoicing, and collections
• Strong organizational and detail-orientation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Solid Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems
• Comfortable communicating with customers and internal stakeholders

• Spanish (preferred) or Portuguese language skills
• Experience in SaaS, agriculture tech, or technology companies
