Travel Physical Therapist

Job Overview

TNAA Total Med Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Dunwoody, Georgia. The right PT will have at least 6 months of experience (1 year preferred) and be licensed in the state. BLS certification is required.

Travel details: 36 hours per week, 8‑hour days. Pay package based on 8‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend. Job .

As a PT you will evaluate, develop, and execute a plan of care for patients in the acute care setting and:

• Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians)
• Bill within the facility, following guidelines and regulations
• Understand and comply with PT board rules and state regulations
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team‑focused care
• Understand adaptive equipment
• Evaluate and create plans of care, modify as indicated based on patient condition
• Use Medical Center computer systems to perform daily tasks
• Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and insurance guidelines

Must have:

• 6 months of experience (new grads encouraged to apply)
• BLS certification
• State‑specific licensing
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean or stoop without difficulty
