The Change Lead plays a critical role in ensuring successful adoption of AI solutions across an organization. This role partners closely with Everegreen.
AI Product, Engineering, and Program Management teams, as well as the Compass Solutions team, to prepare people, processes, and culture for AI‑driven transformation. The Change Lead develops and executes structured change‑management strategies that support employees through agentic transformations, build confidence in AI tools, and drive sustainable behavioral adoption.
- Using our internal Compass Change Management methodology (Plan/Manage/Sustain), develop comprehensive change‑management strategies for AI initiatives, including readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, and risk mitigation plans
- Lead readiness, stakeholder, and culture assessments; define the change strategy and roadmap per priority AI programs
- Support teams in navigating mindset shifts related to automation, augmentation, and new ways of working
- Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and ethical use of AI
- Partner with executive sponsors, business leaders, and AI product teams to align on vision, expectations, and change impacts
- Serve as the primary bridge between technical teams and business users
- Facilitate workshops, listening sessions, and feedback loops to ensure transparency and trust
- Conduct impact assessments to identify process, role, and workflow changes required by new AI solutions
- Translate complex AI concepts into clear, accessible messaging tailored and delivered to diverse audiences to build awareness, clarity, and enthusiasm for AI tools and processes
- Design training collateral and enablement activities to help employees develop confidence and capability with an AI‑powered workflows
- Develop success stories and value‑realization narratives to reinforce adoption
- Build and coach Change Champions to create advocacy for AI transformations
- Define KPIs/success metrics and track adoption, sentiment, and behavior change over time (e.g., role‑based activation, workflow penetration, time‑to‑proficiency, enabled business outcomes, risk incidents, and AI literacy)
- Monitor adoption and resistance through pulse checks and sentiment analysis and deploy interventions as needed
- 8+ years in change management/OD/culture transformation with complex tech programs; strong facilitation and stakeholder management/relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of responsible AI principles and practices; experience working with data, analytics, machine learning, and/or AI‑driven products
- Consulting experience or previous work in innovation, digital, or technology sectors
- Demonstrated experience integrating change into digital/AI initiatives; excellent communication/storytelling with the ability to simplify complex concepts
