Litigation Partner

Salary: $250,000 - $500,000 per year.

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Litigation Partner to join our esteemed legal team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for leadership, growth, and the ability to shape the firm’s future direction.

• Manage and oversee all aspects of litigation, including taking cases from inception through resolution.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies with an eye toward minimizing risk and maximizing outcomes.
• Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
• Foster and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of client service and satisfaction.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the firm, including business development efforts and mentoring junior attorneys.
• Stay abreast of current legislation, court rulings, and industry trends relevant to employment litigation.
• Collaborate with other partners to set the strategic direction of the litigation department.

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Must be a member in good standing with the state bar of Georgia.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in general business litigation.
• A portable book of business of $500,000‑$60,000.
• Proven track record of managing all phases of litigation to successful resolution.
• Strong negotiation, advocacy, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity.
• Strong business development skills, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Jury trial experience.
