Job DetailsWe are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Litigation Partner to join our esteemed legal team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for leadership, growth, and the ability to shape the firm’s future direction.
Responsibilities- Manage and oversee all aspects of litigation, including taking cases from inception through resolution.
- Develop and execute litigation strategies with an eye toward minimizing risk and maximizing outcomes.
- Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
- Foster and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of client service and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the firm, including business development efforts and mentoring junior attorneys.
- Stay abreast of current legislation, court rulings, and industry trends relevant to employment litigation.
- Collaborate with other partners to set the strategic direction of the litigation department.
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Must be a member in good standing with the state bar of Georgia.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in general business litigation.
- A portable book of business of $500,000‑$60,000.
- Proven track record of managing all phases of litigation to successful resolution.
- Strong negotiation, advocacy, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity.
- Strong business development skills, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Jury trial experience.
