Lead D.A.W.G.S. Leadership Initiative

This program provides an opportunity to work
side by side with the Operator and leadership team
, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of managing a multi-million-dollar Chick-fil-A franchise. Participants are developed with the goal of pursuing
future Chick-fil-A ownership
or
corporate leadership roles
.

In this role, leaders will be challenged through scenarios designed to strengthen

• Bachelor's Degree
  (highly preferred).
• 1-3+ years
  of leadership or management experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability tostand up to 10 hours
  and
  lift up to 50 lbs
  as needed.

• Competitive salary based on experience: $50,000-$63,000/year.
