Assisted Living Nurse Manager

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nurse Manager (LPN or RN) in Assisted Living to join our Cedar Falls community. An ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, have a strong desire to create fulfilling lifestyles for the people around them, and take pride in the nursing care they provide.

• Lead and coordinate resident care as part of the management team, maintaining awareness of the condition of all residents under your care.
• Create and maintain individualized service plans for all tenants based on assessments and review of services.
• Effectively communicate resident needs with physicians and immediate supervisors.
• Accurately administer all medications, treatments, and physician orders, taking ultimate responsibility for resident care.
• Coordinate preparation and planning of resident admissions, recognizing the contributions of families and others in nursing care planning.
• Provide emotional and physical comfort and safety to residents, and offer emotional support to families.
• Supervise, assist, consult with, and train Resident Assistants, CNAs, and Medication Managers.

• Graduate of a state board‑approved LPN/RN school.
• Currently licensed in Iowa.
• Current CPR certification or willing to obtain one.
• Willing and able to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Exceptional attendance record.
