Job DescriptionThe Customer Sales and Service Representative plays a critical role in maintaining and growing our customer base. This position combines customer service and sales, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
You will interact directly with customers by phone and online to answer questions, resolve concerns, set up new accounts, and drive sales and customer retention.
Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities- Communicate clearly, professionally, and positively with customers
- Handle inbound and outbound customer sales via phone and online channels
- Educate customers on services, pricing, and available promotions
- Work in a goal-oriented environment to meet individual and team targets
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns via phone and email
- Set up new customer accounts and maintain accurate customer information
- Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and retention
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to management when needed
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Update and manage customer databases
- Strong computer skills, including Google Mail and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to type and perform accurate data entry
- Knowledge of basic administrative procedures
- Experience working in a goal-oriented or sales-focused environment
- Phone sales or customer-facing sales experience preferred
- Outgoing, friendly, and personable with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Customer service and consumer sales orientation
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital tools
- $40,000 – $45,000 annually
