Dunwoody/Sandy Springs area of Atlanta
Core ResponsibilitiesAs a Staffing Sales Executive, you will be the driving force behind new business development, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to placement.
- Aggressive Business Development:
Act as a relentless sales hunter to successfully open new accounts using a multi-channel approach (phone, email, in-person meetings, networking). - Client Relationship Management:
Meet with prospective and current clients within your assigned territory to deeply understand and qualify their staffing needs. - Full-Cycle Order Management:
Manage open job orders from the initial intake consultation through to successful fulfillment. - Recruiting
Collaboration:
Work in close partnership with the recruiting team to deliver top-tier candidates who precisely match client requirements. - Strategic Marketing & Cross-Selling:
Proactively market qualified candidates to current and prospective clients and collaborate with teammates to cross-sell the company's other lines of business. - Industry Engagement:
Actively participate in industry networking events and philanthropic activities to build brand visibility and professional connections. - Contract Negotiation:
Lead and successfully finalize contract terms with customers.
We are seeking a motivated professional with a proven track record in the IT or Engineering staffing industry.
- Experience:
Three or more (3+ years) of dedicated staffing industry experience in a sales role. - Education:
Bachelor’s Degree - Results-Oriented: A clear history of exceeding individual sales goals while actively contributing to a winning team environment.
- Communication Mastery:
Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective client-facing interactions. - Professional Attributes:
Possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a high sense of urgency. - Growth Mindset: A strong willingness to be coached by senior team members and a passion for mentoring and growing others on the team.
