Business Development Representative

Dunwoody (Fully Onsite, not remote capable)

Salary + Commission

Potential On Target 1st year Earnings: $70,000–$90,000 (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission)

• Convert high-intent marketing leads into qualified discovery meeting
• Execute high-volume outreach guided by high-intent signals
• Operate at the intersection of sales, marketing, and data

• Identify and prioritize target accounts based on intent signals
• Translate market signals into relevant business conversations
• Qualify hiring challenges and align them to RPO or TalentAI solutions
• Schedule and prepare executive-level discovery meetings
• Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and pipeline tracking
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams

• 1–4 years of B2B sales or SDR/BDR experience
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and phone engagement
• Highly organized
• Curious and coachable
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders

• Experience in B2B sales within HR, recruiting, SaaS, or professional services
• Experience in signal-based or intent-driven sales
