Bottomless Promotions is looking for a motivated Junior Marketing Assistant to support live events, promotional campaigns, and face-to-face customer engagement throughout Dunwoody.
As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you'll work directly with customers at event venues and promotional locations, helping to represent client campaigns, create positive interactions, and support customer acquisition and sales activity.
This is a hands-on, in-person role where sales is an important part of the position. You'll learn through real customer conversations while gaining experience in events, campaign support, customer engagement, and sales & marketing.
No previous experience is required. Full training and ongoing coaching are provided.
About the RoleAs a Junior Marketing Assistant, no two days are exactly the same. You'll work in lively, customer-facing environments where you'll meet new people, build confidence, and learn how live campaigns operate.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Supporting live events and promotional campaigns
- Engaging with customers through face-to-face conversations
- Introducing products and services clearly and professionally
- Supporting customer acquisition and sales conversations
- Answering questions and helping create positive customer experiences
- Assisting with event presentation and campaign standards
- Working closely with your team to achieve daily campaign objectives
- Someone who enjoys speaking with new people
- A positive, motivated, and professional attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confidence working in face-to-face, customer-facing environments
- An interest in events, sales & marketing, or customer engagement
- Previous hospitality, retail, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required
- Full training in customer engagement, events, and sales
- Ongoing coaching and mentorship
- Experience working on live promotional campaigns
- Development of transferable communication and leadership skills
