Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Member Services Specialist located in Dupont, WA. The Member Services Specialist will provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with their financial needs, answering inquiries, and resolving account-related issues. The role involves maintaining a positive member experience, promoting ACU's products and services, and supporting members in achieving their financial goals. Additionally, responsibilities include handling phone and in-person interactions, accurately processing transactions, and fostering a welcoming environment.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Experience to provide personalized and solution-based support.
  • Exceptional Communication and Phone Etiquette to interact effectively and professionally with members.
  • Experience in Sales to identify member needs and offer appropriate financial products or services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with financial services or similar industries is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
