Hourly Rate: $22.55 eligible for quarterly bonus
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 7am start time, occasional Saturday work.

The Unit Builder works in teams of 2 people. Two of them lift an encased coil spring mattress assembly, up to 50 pounds or more, from the conveyor and place it onto the waist high table. The semi-rigid foam pieces which are pre-cut are inserted into the perimeter of the spring assembly and are hot glued together. The process is repeated approximately 30 times per hour for a 2-person team.
