LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Position Overview

We are hiring a talented outgoing LPN for PT Evenings at Patriots Landing. Full‑time evening shifts run from 2 pm to 10 pm, Tuesday through Saturday. Hourly pay ranges from $37 to $41. Key responsibilities include providing compassionate nursing care to residents in memory care, assisted living, and independent living; preparing and administering medications according to policy, order, and pharmacy deliveries; documenting resident progress notes, treatments, and any changes in health status;

and assisting residents with personal care and physical support as needed.

• Active and unrestricted Washington State LPN license.
• Graduate of a state‑approved Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification.
• Dementia and mental health training preferred but not required.
