RN - Registered Nurse

RN – Registered Nurse – Cherrelyn Healthcare Center

Part‑time and Full‑time positions available in the Cherrelyn Healthcare Center, a Senior Living community.

Registered Nurses work collaboratively to provide clinical excellence, compassion, and leadership, serving as clinical leaders to ensure quality care for residents.

• Provide direct and supervisory nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop/update care plans.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes with clinical judgment.
• Supervise, guide, and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies and procedures.

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, and assessment skills.
• Previous skilled nursing or long‑term care experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Leadership skills with a supportive and collaborative approach.
• Genuine love for seniors and commitment to quality care.

Competitive salary ranging from $45.00 to $48.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, generous paid time off, holidays, 401(k) and more.
