• Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial electrical systems.
• Bend pipe, pull wire, run conduit, and install outlets and fixtures.
• Read blueprints, wiring schematics, drawings, and specifications to execute work accurately.
• Mentor and lead apprentice electricians, providing clear direction and support through job completion.
• Maintain workflow schedules and help ensure productivity objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate effectively with other trades on active job sites.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional.
• Make safety a priority on every job site and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Participate in Nextech safety and training programs while continuing to grow your technical expertise.
• Travel to assigned customer sites and support additional electrical needs as required.

We're looking for an experienced commercial electrician who combines technical expertise with dependability, strong judgment, and a commitment to doing the job right.

• 4+ years of commercial experience is required
• State Licensed (Journeyman) if required by state
• Must be familiar with updated NEC/Local codes
• Must have all basic hand tools for electrical work
• Experience installing electrical systems in a commercial environment
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment

This is an active field role requiring the ability to safely perform commercial electrical work in a variety of job‑site conditions. You should be able to:

• Sit, stand, bend, kneel, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Use manual dexterity and hand tools
• Operate safely on ladders and elevated platforms
• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
