NATURE OF WORK:
The Department of Biological Sciences in the School of Science and Engineering has an opening for a Visiting Assistant Professor. The successful applicant will teach multiple courses in the Fall 2025 semester and in the Spring 2026 semester. The position will report to the Department Chair.
A Ph.D. in a biological science and a desire to educate and engage undergraduate students are required. Previous teaching experience at the university level is desirable. The ability to teach upper-level courses in cell and molecular biology, immunology, and related topics preferred. Teaching assignments may also include general biology, non-majors biology, and various laboratory classes.
