About the Role

ASSISTANT TREASURER

Reporting to the Treasurer this hands-on finance role offers personal and professional growth opportunities

South East of Downtown Pittsburgh.

Work Environment:
On-Site

• Manage global cash flow, liquidity, and debt balances
• Support CFO/VP Finance with reporting, compliance, and credit facility management
• Ensure treasury operations follow internal controls and policies
• Lead equipment financing and oversee international (China) treasury operations
• Manage corporate credit card program
• Improve treasury processes through automation and technology
• Assist with negotiating credit agreements and financial terms
• Optimize working capital, cash forecasting, and debt compliance
• Partner cross-functionally (Operations, Sales, FP&A, Accounting) for accurate financial planning
• Support dividend policy and cost of capital (WACC) analysis
• Lead insurance programs, renewals, claims, and compliance requirements
• Manage financial risks (FX, interest rates) and credit risk strategy
• Oversee letters of credit and insurance policies
• Build relationships with banks and financing partners
• Lead, mentor, and develop treasury and finance team members

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance or related field; an MBA or relevant Certification also preferred
• 10+ years of treasury experience, ideally in a multi-site manufacturing organization
• Expertise in cash management, forecasting, working capital, debt, and risk management
• Experience with ABL credit facilities and treasury systems
• Strong relationship management with financial partners
• Knowledge of financing instruments, risk management, and compliance
• Proven leadership and ability to influence across teams
• Experience using technology to improve treasury operations
• Strong ability to be tactical and strategic, influence change and process improvements
• Ability to collaborate across departments to optimize financial performance
• Advanced Excel skills are essential to success
