We are filling multiple Machine Operator positions in the Duquesne area. You will fill, sew and bag pillows.
1st/2nd Shift Available
These Machine Operator positions require a 2-2-3 work schedule. The benefits of this schedule are only working 14 days a month, every other week you get OT, and every other week you have Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off!
Machine Operator Duties:- Operate single needle sewing machines
- Fill pillow shells with fiber, place the pillow on the conveyor and check pillow weight
- Replace needles and re-thread machines
- Safety is a priority. All employees are responsible for careful and safe use of all equipment and property.
- Experience as an industrial seamstress, tailor, or embroiderer helpful, but not required
- Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods during shift
- Must be able to lift 35 pounds and have basic math skills
- 12‑hour shifts: 6 a.m. – 6 p.m. @ $15.05 per hour – weekly pay
- 6 p.m. – 6 a.m. @ $16.05 per hour – weekly pay
