Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice for a nursing job in Duquesne, Pennsylvania. The role provides end‑of‑life care to patients in their homes in the Monroeville, PA area and offers a $10,000 first‑year success bonus for key milestone accomplishments.

• Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, symptom and pain management, and individualized end‑of‑life care planning.
• Educate and support patients and families through the end‑of‑life journey, ensuring they feel informed, prepared, and deeply cared for.
• Think critically, solve problems in real time, and maintain thorough, compliant EMR documentation.
• Work independently, while maintaining the support of the team.
• Travel to patient homes within the assigned territory.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where you work.
• At least two years of RN experience, with clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care;
  Hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.
