Assistant serves in two main areas - commercial services support and branch support. Performs various clerical duties.

Responsibilities and Expectations- Supports the commercial services area with customer service, correspondence, phone calls, and miscellaneous duties.
- Assists with sales and service of products.
- Performs administrative activities to include support, documentation, customer calls, faxes, transfers, mail, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Knowledge of bank operations, especially treasury management services.
- Knowledge of Word, spreadsheet, and database software.
- Skills in problem solving and decision-making.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, customers, and coworkers.
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to create an organized and efficient work environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.
- High School diploma or equivalent experience in banking.
- Previous experience with computer software and bookkeeping preferred.
