Installer Service Manager

Compensation

Pay Range: $15.16 - $22.00. The hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance, or premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Responsible for maximizing installer sales, focusing on market entitlement. Directs activities of all team members assigned to the installer service counter to ensure the highest level of customer service. Work with the store manager to ensure proper staffing of ISSs, delivery specialists, and support personnel. Assist in the hiring process by recruiting, scheduling, interviewing, evaluating candidates, and collaborating with management. Ensure delivery specialists are routed efficiently, maximizing customer service and minimizing expenses.

Handle commercial customer complaints in a friendly, efficient, and satisfactory manner. Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per company standards; complete quarterly inspections on time and record daily mileage. Work with ISS and store management to report and correct inventory discrepancies. Oversee the installer counter to provide commercial accounts excellent customer service, working with the sales specialist and territory sales manager.

Ensure orders, including warranty parts and cores, are billed before they leave the store and staged properly. Ensure new, core, and warranty returns are picked up and credited in a timely manner. Audit installer returns for warranty abuse and label correctly. Assist with collection of past due accounts. Provide input to the store manager on ISS and delivery specialist performance evaluations.

Ensure all team members complete required training courses. Complete routine MVR and driver’s license audits on delivery specialists.
