$20-$25/hour + Profit Sharing + Full-Time

You’ll work alongside a small team building structural wall, floor, and roof systems that become homes for families across our region.

• Read production drawings
• Operate construction tools safely
• Measure and cut lumber accurately
• Build high-quality wall, floor, and roof panels
• Suggest ways to improve our processes
