Job Summary

As a Client Services Associate at TBK Bank, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring accurate financial transactions while fostering customer relationships and supporting branch goals.

• Profile new and existing customers and suggest tailored products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations.
• Open new accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely documentation.
• Assist with stop payments, debit card orders, and related transactions.
• Take initiative to resolve customer issues and provide prompt feedback.
• Help maintain customer goodwill and contribute to branch goals.
• Refer customers professionally to various bank departments.
• Safeguard customer information, adhere to regulations, and maintain security.
• Process transactions while maintaining accurate records.
• Contribute to local community and bank-sponsored events.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• Preferably 6-12 months of bank teller experience.
• Desired skills: customer service, sales, or cross‑selling experience.
