Job Description

Durango School District is accepting applications for a Knowledge Bowl Coach at Escalante Middle School. The Knowledge Bowl Coach will organize practices, coordinate tournaments throughout the school year, and prepare for local and regional competitions. Position begins September 1, 2026.

• Model and mentor students in developing skills for Knowledge Bowl.
• Develop study strategies across multiple subject areas.
• Supervise team and discipline students.
• Communicate effectively with participants, parents, and middle school programs.
• Plan practices and competitions.
